When the glass was set into my car, it cracked (or so I was told). On Wednesday, April 20, 2016, Anytime Auto Glass came to my home to replace a winshield, which unfortunately resulted in damage to my vehicle. On April 16, 2016, I filed an auto glass claim with a representative from Anytime Auto Glass at the Superstar Car Wash in Peoria, AZ. I would like to warn any customer thinking about using Anytime Auto Glass to please consider your valuable time, energy, and state of mind before opening up a conversation with this company. Do they give ethics awards for damaging vehicles, lying, and harassing your customers on the phone? Please read my review below and stay away from this company. I am shocked to see that this business received an ETHICS award.
If I could give this business 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. To top everything off, they waived out $ 50 deductible, and it cost us absolutely nothing! (If it makes a difference, we arranged this service through the Super Star Car Wash on Dysart in Goodyear.) We were pleasantly surprised to have such good, responsive customer service, and would recommend this company. Then later that day a girl from the office called and said she had a note that we might need another windshield, and asked if she needed to arrange that. After a few days, the technician called to check how the repair had worked, and we said fine, no problem. The repair had worked, so we didn’t call them back. He asked that we give the glue a day or so to set before they would put in another windshield. The technician glued it up in an effort to fix it, but realized the problem might be with the bracket that came preinstalled on the windshield itself. We went back the next day to report the problem and they said they would send the technician to our house the next morning. Once it was installed and we drove away, we realized that the rear view mirror jiggled while we were driving.

The service advisor worked with my insurance company to get the replacement approved and we were able to schedule the install the next day.
